Code of Conduct - Confidentiality Statement
Discretion and confidentiality between our clients and Absconded Ltd is considered to be of paramount importance. Our personnel are used to dealing with sensitive issues and can be relied upon to be discreet, both when on and off duty. Where personal, commercial or industrial confidence is at stake, we are happy to enter into a confidentiality agreement with our clients. It is our policy to tailor such agreements to suit each client as required.
Although we strive to achieve the client’s immediate aim during our operations, we will always consider preservation of the client’s long-term interests to be the deciding factor when carrying out tasks.
The company is fully aware of the occasional need for clients to produce evidence in court, and for this reason, we can record all our evidence within the provisions of the Police & Criminal Evidence Act (1984) (PACE), if necessary. Full compliance to the DPA and FCA is ingrained into everything we do.
